Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in HR processes and office administration, ensuring smooth internal operations and a positive employee experience.
HR Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and HR databases
Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and entitlements
Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies
Manage exit formalities — offboarding, clearance, and full & final settlement
Admin & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management
