Job Purpose

• To provide effective tenancy sustainment support to clients within the Private Rented Sector, helping to prevent homelessness and promote long-term housing stability. The role focuses on early intervention, ongoing client engagement, and proactive partnership working to ensure successful tenancy outcomes.

Key Duties/Accountabilities

• Provide ongoing support to clients who have secured accommodation in the Private Rented Sector.
• Conduct regular follow-ups (e.g., 3- and 6-month check-ins) to review tenancy progress and wellbeing.
• Reinforce skills and knowledge gained during initial housing support.
• Encourage independence and self-management while remaining accessible for support.
• Identify early signs of tenancy breakdown or risk of homelessness.
