Job Responsibilities

  Manage and support tenants and residents, addressing housing needs, queries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  Act as the primary point of contact for residents at the Paulsgrove Area Office.

  Monitor tenancy compliance, including rent collection, tenancy breaches, and support interventions where required.

  Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies
