As a Housing & Resettlement Caseworker, you will support individuals with a diagnosis of, or traits consistent with, Anti-Social Personality Disorder who are subject to an Imprisonment for Public Protection (IPP) Licence, helping them secure appropriate housing and resettlement pathways.

Working closely with the National Probation Service and Leeds & York Partnership Foundation Trust, you’ll ensure public protection while promoting person centred outcomes across Yorkshire and the Humberside regions.
