The role of Housing and Contracts Manager will include:
Delivering high quality contract management of agent managed services
Assisting with budget setting and monitoring of management accounts
Ensuring all legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services activities are met
Managing the delivery of high-quality customer service
Completing health and safety and property inspections
Providing housing management advice and guidance
Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Completing regular site visits and liaison meetings to ensure a quality service is being provided, which is in line with our policies and procedures and all relevant legislation, governance, and legal requirements
