Please note that 18.5 hours of this role are substantive, with the remaining 18.5 hours fixed‑term until 31 March 2028, subject to funding. From 1 April 2028, the post will revert to 18.5 hours unless additional funding is secured.

Tewkesbury Borough Council have an exciting opportunity within the Housing Advice Team. It is recognised that sometimes households need help in a number of support areas when facing homelessness. Aspiring to work within a trauma‑informed approach, the team aims to react quickly to those needs. They conduct assessments and provide support to customers at very difficult times.
