General Purpose Assures the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel exceed brand standards for cleanliness and orderliness, and that the housekeeping staff exceeds brand standards for friendliness and helpfulness to the guest. Provides support to the room attendants, laundry attendants, and housekeeping supervisory staff in a timely and efficient manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To work as a member of the team and in conjunction with the inspectors and section house keepers maintaining a high standard of cleaning in the guest sleeping room area of the hotel and in the public areas of that section of the hotel assigned to the team.
