**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Operations Supervision**
+ Supervise daily housekeeping operations including room cleaning and public area maintenance
+ Allocate tasks and prepare duty rosters for team members
+ Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready as per standards
**2. Quality & Standards**
+ Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
+ Ensure adherence to IHG / Holiday Inn Express SOPs
+ Maintain grooming and discipline within the team
**3. Team Management**
+ Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping associates
+ Conduct daily briefings and assign responsibilities
+ Monitor team performance and provide feedback
**4. Coordination**
+ Coordinate with Front Office for room status and guest requirements
+ Work closely with Engineering for maintenance issues
+ Ensure timely room availability for check-ins
