            Job Description

Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to established standards and procedures
Supervise public areas and maintain all equipment in proper working condition
Respond promptly to guest requests and reports of damage or malfunction
Maintain accurate section floor reports and room status records
Report unusual activities or behaviour to the Executive Housekeeper and assist with team performance assessments

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years in a housekeeping supervisory role within a midscale or premium hotel environment
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Proficiency with property management systems (Opera Cloud preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities with strong problem-solving skills
