Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor manages and coordinates housekeeping functions in assigned sections and assumes Housekeeping Manager duties in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Room Attendant work performance within the assigned section daily to ensure standards and productivity levels are met.
• When the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager is absent, inspect all V.I.P. rooms and report availability to the Front Office according to hotel standards.
• Oversee the closing of floors at day’s end, ensuring Room Attendants’ carts are clean and restocked.
• Ensure daily assignment records are completed, signed off, and submitted to the Housekeeping Office on time.
• Maintain key control.
