Manage weekly and daily cleaning schedules for a team of housekeepers.
Support and lead cleaner onboarding, ongoing training, and performance improvement.
Organize and prepare supplies for daily distribution, ensuring effective inventory control.
Tri‑age and delegate real‑time guest requests to the appropriate cleaners.
Perform standard housekeeping duties when necessary: cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms;
