**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our House Supervisor, you will help nursing personnel in patient care units supervise and coordinate activities so they can deliver organized and efficient patient care across all patient populations during their assigned shift, maximizing positive outcomes and smooth hospital operations.
Every day you will organize and oversee patient care delivery, monitor the hospital environment, and assess and allocate resources. You will be expected to provide input to employee performance, coach staff members, document daily staffing and administrative records, ensure compliance with governmental policies and procedures, present documentation to senior staff, and provide nursing care to patients as needed.
