The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoons and evenings on any day including weekends and holidays.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:**
+ Supervising and dispatching the Bellstand function of the hotel
+ Dispatching calls and answering phones
+ Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
+ Monitor and review camera footage
+ Monitoring the employee entrance, signing out guest passes to vendors, and conducting bag checks.
