The PM Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest complaints and needs. 
Respond to pages and radio calls immediately.
Complete duties on the daily checklist/railroad schedule. 
Follow proper use of approved chemicals and accurately label chemical containers. Always use gloved and goggles when handling chemicals.
Complete Chemical Training and Blood Borne Pathogens Training.
