JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for strategically executing and managing comprehensive digital marketing solutions across a portfolio of hotels within the Digital Field Marketing team. The Hotel Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned hotels, while also directly overseeing key digital activations and executional elements across channels.
The role combines strategic account management with hands-on digital expertise, ensuring alignment with Marriott’s global strategies, compliance standards, and campaign priorities. The Manager will plan, direct, execute, and optimize activities across multiple digital workstreams, including , performance marketing, CRM, and third-party channels—to support hotel business objectives and maximize online presence and performance.
