• Manage reservations, guest seating and table rotations efficiently to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Share the story of Biergarten and its authentic German roots seasonal dishes and specialty brews.
• Maintain accurate waitlists and offer thoughtful updates to guests during peak periods.
• Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure a smooth well-timed guest experience .
• Support themed evenings and traditional German events like Oktoberfest Maifest and festive holidays.
• Keep the host desk and entrance area tidy, welcoming and organized.
