Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the school hostel, including student check-in/check-out, attendance tracking, and room allocation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and security protocols within the hostel premises.
Monitor student behavior, address disciplinary issues promptly, and promote a respectful, inclusive, and positive living environment.
Conduct regular room inspections and maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards across all hostel areas.
Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students’ academic progress and emotional well-being.
Organize and oversee extracurricular activities, study hours, and recreational programs within the hostel.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with school administration and local authorities when necessary.
