About the Home

Our beautiful Bellarine Lakes care home is located south west of Melbourne and is close to Geelong and the Surf Coast’s beaches. Our home is surrounded be scenic views, with access to public transport. It consists of 108 beds with various care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
