Key Responsibilities Business Development: Prospect and secure corporate accounts / Government accounts, group bookings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business. Relationship Management: Interface with PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers), event planners, and procurement officers. Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and property site inspections to contract finalization.
