**Hospitality Associate – Visitor Center**

**Pay is $17.00/hour-40 hours per week: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat 9:00-4:00- the working hours will be 8:15-5:00. Sunday hours will be 11:15-4:30.**

**Role:**
Delivers outstanding guest service in retail, hospitality, and visitor center operations. Acts as the first point of contact, ensuring a high-end, memorable experience for every visitor while supporting daily operations and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Process sales, reservations, and retail transactions; handle cash and inventory.
+ Maintain merchandise displays and process online orders.
+ Guide guests through experiences, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
+ Assist with events, set-up, logistics, and facility cleanliness.
+ Support marketing activities and uphold food safety and quality standards.
