Huntsville District Memorial Hospital is a 48‑bed hospital serving 20,000 local residents and 85,000 seasonal residents. Our tourist population is much larger in the summer when people take advantage of our lakes and rivers or visit the world‑renowned Algonquin Provincial Park.

SEVEN DAY ACUTE CARE HOSPITALIST SCHEDULE

Acute care hospitalist (24hrs x 7 days)

Monday at 8am to following Monday

Caseload – average of 15-18 (can be higher if desired) attached and orphaned patients

Admissions – every 3rd patient (Mon-Fri); every other patient (Sat/Sun)

OR assist – every other patient or by negotiation with hospitalist partner (Sat/Sun only)

Remuneration: $650/day (Mon-Fri) + $750/day (Sat/...
