Physician Assistant (PA) Night Shift

The position of Physician Assistant (PA) Night Shift in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine & Palliative Medicine, requires a highly competent, independent yet team-oriented individual who will be immersed in Hospital Medicine. Under the supervision of the Hospital Medicine & Palliative Medicine faculty and guided by the applicable policies and procedures, the Physician Assistant will participate in the comprehensive care of patients in the ambulatory or inpatient settings and provide multi-disciplinary care coordination, treatment, education, monitoring, and communication with patients and referring physicians.

A PA is an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who possesses the advanced education, knowledge, clinical skills and experience necessary to provide advanced nursing care in their area of specialization. This position may perform:
