This role offers the flexibility to set your own pace with rounds, supported by a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to assist in managing patient caseloads. You'll provide specialized palliative care to patients in LTAC/STAC and acute care settings, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to offer patient-centered care plans and manage complex symptoms.
