Position Details

Purpose:

TheHospice Volunteer Coordinatoris responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of the volunteer component of hospice services to terminally ill patients and serves as a member of the interdisciplinary group.

+ Recruits and screens applicants for volunteer services in the area of patient support/respite service, bereavement support, or administrative support.

+ Oversees and provides comprehensive volunteer training.
