This apprenticeship will offer you valuable experience of working for a progressive Local Authority. You will undertake professional development activities and work towards the achievement of Level Horticulture Operative Apprenticeship standard. This will be supported by a designated line manager, Workplace mentor, inclusive employment manager and dedicated programme tutor.

The Level Horticulture Operative Apprenticeship standard typically takes months to complete, followed by up to months to undertake the End Point Assessment after passing gateway.
