**Position Summary**
The University Honors Program invites applications for part-time instructors to teach a first-year Foundation seminar. The course, “Constructive Communication Across Difference,” serves as the entry point to the four-year Honors experience and plays a central role in shaping students’ academic and civic engagement. Through discussion, reflection, and applied projects, students practice communication strategies that promote curiosity, civic responsibility, and bridge building in an increasingly polarized world. Students will leave the course with practical professional and civic competencies that prepare them for leadership across disciplines.
