Position: Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £65k Basic up to £70k per annum (Including Bonus)
Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Company Type: Small Care Provider - Looking to expand beds by 10%!
Requirements: Experience as a Home Manager with a proven track record with CQC


The Details:-

As a Home Manager you will lead, inspire and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents enabling them to enjoy later live to the full. You will be accountable for the CQC, audits, commercial and financial performance of the home. This will include occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.

Another factor will include developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and be a true role model for staff members.
