Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in sterile compounding with a strong emphasis on IV preparation
• Recent home infusion pharmacy experience preferred (2+ years)
• CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory
