In this position, you make it possible for patients to recuperate from illness or injury in the comfort of their own home.

PRN weekend visits for Cobb/Douglas Counties-Marietta,Smyrna, Kennesaw, Acworth, Douglasville, Lithia Springs

**Must have Home Health and OASIS experience
