**Type:** Six-month contract, opportunity for extension or full-time offer
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm – no weekends!
**Pay:** $55.00 to $59.00 an hour
**Coverage Areas:** Putnam, Cabell, Wayne counties

**Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:**
• Evaluates the patient's functional status and physical therapy needs.
• Assists the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care
