Key responsibilities
Lead annual brand strategic planning, aligned to BG/BU strategy, handshake with cross-function and BG.
Plan, create and manage campaigns across digital, shopper, in-store and PR, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
Develop local innovation, PPA initiatives by channel to deliver JTBDs with robust business case
Develop brand assets: content, key visuals, presentations, packaging and printed materials, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
Partner with CMI, CSP, CBD, R&D and Finance to land innovations and track performance.
Manage A&P budget and agency partners to maximise ROI.
