Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying goals set for the branch and streamlining the same in order to achieve the branch targets.
Taking initiative in driving the CASA value and Retail Assets of the branch and to increase other
income
Maintaining and monitoring MIS’s of value attrition and addition, TPP sales, profitable customer base
diligently and taking it up with extra supervision whenever necessary.
Maintaining proper checks in AML and KYC norms of the bank
Identifying new to bank HNW customers and new relationships mainly taken over from competitions.
