Job Overview

We are seeking experienced deck builders to work across Oakville, Mississauga, and Burlington from the first or second week of April through the end of November, with possible snow removal work in winter.

Key Responsibilities

• Read deck drawings and build deck systems quickly, correctly, accurately, and to code.
• Construct both PT and composite decks.
• Work as part of a 2–4 person crew, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide daily reports and maintain tools and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of credible deck building experience.
• Proficiency with PT and composite deck materials.
• Ability to interpret deck drawings and adhere to code.
• Own tools and a truck/vehicle is an asset.
• Registered for GST/HST; self‑employed or corporation accepted.
• Comfortable working long hours and meeting productivity expectations....
