Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming inquiries received from Customers and sales teams
- Processing all incoming orders received via phone
- Developing a sound product knowledge
- Enhance customer satisfaction, build good relationships on the phone or in person
- Generate rental agreements and data entry/ other duties as required by the Branch Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role advantageous
- Sound computer skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Mechanical mindset or a trade background advantageous
- Ability to hit the ground running
