The HIM Operations Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Health Information Management (HIM) department, including release of information, prepping, scanning, quality control, analysis, deficiency management, record completion, and physician suspension management. This role is focused on optimizing workflows related to medical records, patient data, and health information systems. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of patient health records while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for AMHS.
