**Job Description:**
The HIM Systems Analyst conceptualizes, designs, implements, supports and maintains assigned business system processes and workflows. Implements, maintains and supports HIM standards, to meet the business needs of Intermountain Heath, drives identification of system workflow requirements for document management. Identifies areas of improvements and processes through data analysis and designs innovative solutions. Typically designs and develops approaches that are implemented by others.
**Essential Functions**
+ Works collaboratively with cross functional teams including Medical Group Clinics and other outpatient clinic departments on the education, implementation, and management of HIM standards within the clinic setting.
+ Provides training and auditing of HIM standards and related HIM functions.
