Higher Level Teaching Assistants

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support Secondary schools across Amesbury and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for experienced teaching assistants or qualified HLTAs who are confident supporting teachers, leading small group interventions, and occasionally covering lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons
• Lead small group or whole-class learning activities
• Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Monitor and report on pupil progress
• Provide support for pupils with additional learning needs where required
