• Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree or any related field.
• With 5 years of experience in Manufacturing with knowledge in high temperature processes in production line. Can do documentations.
• Oversee the overall process, shifting schedules, assigning tasks, competency and safety training plans, KPI evaluations/metrics and other related tasks.
• While ensuring safety and full compliance with EHS requirements. Inspection of production, control, improvement in product encounter on high temperature.
• Monitoring and make SOPs, OPL documents, assessment criteria and issues.
