**Job Description**

The CSU High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Coach plans, develops, delivers, and administers workforce development coaching for human service professionals to strengthen skills and knowledge in Wraparound, which is a team-based care coordination process that provides comprehensive, individualized care to children, young adults, and their families with complex behavioral health needs. The coach delivers training and technical assistance to support quality Wraparound implementation, fidelity, and workforce capacity.

**Essential Job Duties**

Training Technical Assistance, and Fidelity Monitoring that include:

+ Achieve certification from the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC) within two years of being hired
+ Lead specialized Wraparound consultation, training, and coaching efforts
