Position Overview Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Design Validation Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology. The engineer will develop next‑generation HBM products across Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality, taking ownership from design phase through production.
Responsibilities - Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM and create internal architecture documentation.
- Perform schematic and layout reviews for HBM designs.
- Validate HBM designs, debug hardware and software in lab, conduct circuit simulations, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with product engineering and multi‑functional teams.
Qualifications - Schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging, or pattern manipulation experience.
