Overview

We are currently recruiting for Roamer/Tramper HGV Drivers to join our team, working from our operation centres in St Helens. Your home location will be in the St Helens area, but you will be required to travel to other operation centres to assist with holiday cover and increased workload. You will complete 3 to 4 overnights per week, for which you will receive an additional overnight allowance payment. The role involves collecting and delivering predominantly accident‑damaged vehicles on our salvage transporters, and it can be physically demanding. You will carry out internal and external checks on trucks and equipment, report defects, photograph damage, and conduct inspections of all collected and delivered vehicles. Drivers must comply with legal and company requirements of a professional driver and operate the vehicle and loading equipment safely and efficiently, following all H&S policies and procedures.
