Main Responsibility
Operate company HGVs safely and efficiently between sites
Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
Maintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and deliveries
Manage the movement and yard coordination of full and empty containers/trailers
Adhere to Transport Operating Licence requirements and company procedures
Comply with all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Customs & Excise legislation
Follow ISO , BRC, and HMRC standards and report any non-conformances
Liaise with internal teams including Despatch, Loading, and Vat Hall Coordinators
Contribute to team meetings, continuous improvement activities, and problem-solving initiatives
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support team performance objectives
