Driver Hire Stockport is currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to work for a variety of our clients across the SK postcode.

We have work available Monday- Friday so whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, we have the flexibility to suit your lifestyle.


Duties of this HGV Driver will include:

  • Driving the HGV Class 1 vehicle responsibly, obeying all traffic laws.

  • Carrying out required daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance.

  • Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress.

  • Completing paperwork accurately as instructed.

    • The Successful HGV Driver must have:

  • A Full UK driving licence.

  • A Cat CE Licence (HGV Class 1 Driver)

  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.

  • No DD’s, DR’s, IN’s, TT’s endorsements.

  • 6 months relevant driving experience (preferred)
