Health, Environment & Safety (HES)

• Conduct safety orientations, trainings, and awareness programs.
• Implement safety policies and perform job hazard analysis and risk assessments.
• Maintain emergency preparedness plans and support during emergency response.
• Inspect and maintain emergency equipment (oil spill kits, firefighting systems).
• Record incidents, prepare corrective actions, and generate safety statistics.

Facility Maintenance

• Oversee maintenance and repair of terminal equipment (pumps, motors, valves, HVAC, firefighting systems, piping, loading arms).
• Recommend facility/equipment upgrades and prepare technical proposals and purchase requests.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed as scheduled and documentation is updated.
• Assist with facility inspections, safety audits, and HESS-related project monitoring.
