**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
An associate who, under the supervision of a registered nurse, is trained to prepare, operate and maintain hemodialysis equipment and assist in the care of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments.
+ Works with Dialysis RNs to provide safe and effective dialysis services
+ Use of general patient care and communication equipment such as nurse call pager system;
+ EMR; Bed Tracking System; all equipment used to monitor patient’s vital signs, including all patient scales.
+ Good communication skills including pleasant phone manner, and good patient care techniques
**Job Requirements** Required
+ High School Graduate or Equivalent and Previous health care experience as a CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, etc., upon hire and
+ Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
+ Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician, within 6 - months or
