• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4 days/week)

• Patient Population: Primarily adults (ages 18-25 and older)
• Case Mix: General Hematology and Oncology

Requirements

• Active Kentucky license required; will consider IMLC
• Must be Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
