Job Description Hematology/Oncology Division Chief - College of Medicine, Knoxville
This position is a non-tenure track, part-time 70% position.
This position offers a balance of clinical, administrative, and research opportunities.
Responsibilities - Fulfill responsibilities as academic and administrative leader of the Division.
- Provide guidance and leadership to ensure that the hematology/oncology fellowship runs smoothly and is successful in attracting high-caliber fellows to the program.
- Build a research program in the division with the goal of achieving National recognition and achieving cancer center designation by NCI.
- Participate in academic and scholarly activities and publish regularly in peer-reviewed journals.
