We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in daily tasks and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions carefully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers or supervisors in performing tasks
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and prepare work areas
• Carry, move, or hold materials as directed
• Use hand and power tools under supervision
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Dispose of waste and debris properly
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
• No formal education required (high school diploma preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
