The role is crucial for ensuring the efficient coordination, tracking, and resolution of maintenance and service requests across the Councils estate. It supports the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services by maintaining accurate records, coordinating contractors, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the initial contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding facilities requests. Log, track, and manage all service requests (emergency and non-emergency) using the CAFM (Civica) system. Assess and prioritise incoming queries, determining appropriate actions.
