Our company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Stennis Space Center, in Mississippi.  Current Secret Clearance is required. Due to the nature of our client base, only U.S. Citizens may be considered for hire.

The Help Desk Specialist will join DeVine, and collaborate with our government customer.  If you have the relevant experience & attributes, and would enjoy working onsite in MS, then we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

+ Answer and remediating trouble calls during business hours 

+ Answer all Tier 1 calls, create and remediate Tier 1 tickets

+ Escalate issues to Tier 2 as appropriate and remediate all Tier 2 escalations

+ Troubleshoot all of the above systems on a continuous basis, either through direct interaction or remote connection
